- Inspection of hatch cover undersides for loose rust, flaking paint and residues of previous cargoes that could contaminate the intended cargo
- Comprehensive photographic documentation of each cargo hold
- Preparation of inspection reports and certificates
RESULTS AND REPORTING
A Cargo Hold Inspection Certificate is issued together with a detailed photographic report. The documentation records the condition of each cargo hold, observations made during the inspection and the surveyor's assessment of the vessel's suitability for loading the intended cargo.
