UNIS INSPECTIONS provides independent container and containerised cargo inspections in Constanta, Romania, for shipping lines, shippers, receivers and insurers. We assess empty containers for cleanliness and suitability before loading and inspect container and cargo condition during unloading or following reported transportation incidents.

Our inspections help clients identify issues before stuffing and document damage or contamination discovered at destination. Depending on the agreed scope, we also verify seal numbers, perform sealing or unsealing, and attend container stuffing or de-stuffing. Findings are recorded in a detailed survey report supported by photographs.

RESULTS AND REPORTING

A detailed Final Survey Report is issued together with comprehensive photographic documentation. The report records the apparent condition of the container, inspection findings, observed damage, condition of the cargo, seal verification, evidence of seawater ingress, Silver Nitrate test results where applicable and other findings relevant to the agreed inspection scope.
